This project started as a request from Rovio to help with some 3D animation for the launch campaign for a couple of months in 2021. It soon grew and became a multi-year engagement.
The project involved rigg supervision of the characters and animation supervision of the cinematic intro. The intro can be found as a separate project here.
After the launch was successfully delivered, the focus shifted to in-game animation and image production.

Game development is as we all know a group effort. These lobby images are no exception.
Our part was to pose the characters based on the brilliant character designer Liisa Karerantas sketches. We produced around 30 images like these.
