The Norwegian animal welfare protection organization and the supermarket brand REMA 1000 introduced a new chicken breed to Norwegian consumers called Hubbard. The breed and the way of breeding have many positive sides compared to the standard food industry poultry. They live longer, and have more freedom growing up - they are simply slightly cooler than other chickens. This is what McCann Oslo wanted to portray. We went all in with the character animation and provided a lot of jumping, dancing, and twerking chickens to this Filmic Art mixed media spot.
