It might be hard to see but the animation we created for the ending scene is hand drawn.
The “Line of best fit” describes the video like this, and we’re humbled by the words:
“Filmed on the island of Gotland that sits in the Baltic Sea just south of Stockholm and directed by Mats Udd, the sweeping cinematography and beautiful film grading capture the almost otherworldly landscape perfectly, whilst a young boy’s bicycle journey sees him collecting road kill from dusty trails. Opening with the rather bold visual image of a recently ran over the fox, the delicate innocence of the song's melody twists around Lisa Milberg’s plaintive vocals, and the short film’s brilliantly childish confrontation with death. The final scene, I think we will all be able to agree, is something quite magical.”
